Why we clean the way we do
Carpets cleaned the usual way look dull again within weeks. That is not the carpet giving up — it is detergent left in the fibres, quietly collecting every bit of dirt that walks past.
So we changed the last step. A pH-balanced rinse pulls out the soil and the cleaning agents together. Nothing sticky stays behind, and nothing harsh is left where your kids sit and your dog sleeps.

We quote each job rather than publish a rate that turns out not to fit your place. But you should know what moves the number before you call.
Fixed price, confirmed before we start
Never an hourly rate. Never a number that grows once the van is in the driveway. The price we quote is the price you pay.
How many rooms, and how big
A room is up to 20m². Anything larger is priced as two.
Condition
Normal wear, heavy traffic lanes, or years of build-up — they take different amounts of work.
Fibre type
Wool needs lower heat and lower alkalinity than synthetic. It takes longer, and it matters.
Pet treatment and stairs
Urine has to be treated at the underlay, not the surface. Stairs are priced per flight.
Access and parking
A third-floor walk-up with no loading zone takes longer than a driveway. We say so up front.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Biodegradable pre-sprays, neutral rinses, and no harsh residue left in the fibres. That is the whole point of how we clean.
What if I am not happy?
The Eco Mate 7-Day Promise: tell us within 7 days of the clean and we come back and re-clean the areas you are not happy with, free. It covers the work listed on your quote, in the condition the property was in when we left it. It is not a refund guarantee and it cannot reverse permanent damage such as bleach marks, dye or fibre burns — we point those out at the inspection before we start.
